Get A Library Card
Individuals who are Delaware residents with a valid Delaware ID or own property in the state are entitled to a free library card, which can be used in any of Sussex or Kent County's public libraries. Non-residents may obtain a card, good for one year, for a $25 fee. An Internet only card is a $6 fee which is good for 30 days for non-residents who do not want to borrow books. You may use the WIFI and/or public PC's as many times as you like within that month.
A photo ID is required for all registrations.
This card entitles the user to borrow library materials and to access the Internet and databases available through DelAWARE, the Digital Library.
