Friday, September 20, 7:00pm
Our “Sunsets” live music series will continue on Friday, September 20 at 7:00pm with a performance by modern blues band, Hoochi Coochi, whose hand-clapping, soul-stirring style of indie blues has become popular all over Delaware since their inception in 2015.
Weather permitting, Hoochi Coochi will be sharing their unique sound on our spacious upstairs balcony overlooking Rehoboth Avenue. Light refreshments will be available, with beer curated by Dogfish Head Brewery. Attendees may donate what they'd like in return for admission, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
The "Sunsets" Live Music Series is made possible in part by the generous work and donations of the Friends of the Rehoboth Beach Public Library.
In the event of undesirable weather, the event will be moved indoors to our Upstairs Meeting Room. For more information, give us a ring at (302) 227-8044.

For their first series of films, the Reel Talk Movie Club will be exploring one movie from every decade, spanning from the 1930s to the present day. Our sixth movie will be "Hope and Glory," directed by John Boorman from 1987. This movie is 113 minutes long and rated PG-13. All adults are invited to attend this screening, and an optional group discussion will take place immediately following the film.
Tuesday, September 23, 5:30pm
Ceritified practitioner Mary Lampert will be on hand to give attendees an overview of sound therapy, a new method of holistic healing meant to soothe patients in the same way a massage might, but through audial frequencies instead of with touch. She will also be detailing her experiences with sound therapy and holistic healing, and will even guide attendees through a "sound bath" demonstration.
Friday, September 27, 10:00am
Kathy McGuinness, the State Auditor of Delaware, will be at the library for a town hall style meeting, where she will explain what her job as State Auditor entails, as well as field questions from the audience. All members of the general public are invited to attend this informative and interactive program. Refreshments will be served. For more information, please give the library a call at (302) 227-8044.
