Individuals who are residents of the State of Delaware or own property in the state are entitled to a free library card, which can be used in any of Sussex County's 14 public libraries. Non-residents may obtain a card, good for one year, for $15.   A photo ID is required for all registrations.

This card entitles the user to borrow library materials and to access the Internet and databases available through DelAWARE, the Digital Library.
